Do you need my Google password?
No. You add our Google account as a Manager on your Business Profile, and you can remove it at any time. You stay the owner.
Will you post anything without my approval?
Not in the first month. Every reply waits for your OK. After that you can keep approving each one, or let us post routine replies and send you a weekly list.
Can I cancel?
Yes, it's month to month. Cancel any time, and we remove our access within 7 days.
Do you write fake reviews or get bad reviews removed?
No. We don't write, buy or incentivise reviews, and we don't promise removals. We help you reply well and can flag reviews that may break Google's policies so you can report them.
Is the reply written by AI?
An AI agent drafts each one from your business details and tone, and nothing goes live until it has been approved.
Is GST included?
Boteam (Ocean Loop Holdings Pty Ltd) is not registered for GST, so GST is not applicable to the price.
