If we cannot point to a number, a source, or a transcript, it is not a fact — it is a claim. "5% of Australian SMBs using AI are fully enabled" can be checked. "We help you unlock AI" cannot. We only say the first kind.
One role, done properly.
We would rather run one defined role well than ten started badly. Adding roles before the first one is stable is how AI projects stall. The constraint is the point.
A named person approves the work.
Nothing that matters goes out without a human on your team signing it off. The role carries the operational load. Your business keeps the judgement.
We stay responsible for the outcome.
We do not hand over software and disappear. We scope the role, build it, keep it performing, and report on it every month. If it drifts, fixing it is our job, not yours.
