Each partnership asks for real engineering time from our team, and real time from you. We would rather do a few properly than sign up everyone. If we are at capacity when you apply, we will tell you honestly and keep your details on file.

The things people ask first.
Do I need to know anything about AI or technology?
No. The technology is our side of the partnership. What we cannot substitute is your knowledge of the industry, the work, and what a good result looks like.
What does the commercial model look like?
It is a co-build arrangement: we share in the upside of what we build together. The specifics, how it is structured and split, are agreed directly with each partner rather than published here.
How much time does it take?
It depends on the track. An Advisor introduction takes very little; building a role together takes ongoing involvement. We agree what is fair for both sides before we start, and we do not ask for more than the partnership needs.
What happens to my industry knowledge?
It stays yours, and it is used with your agreement inside the partnership. We do not take your expertise, package it, and send you a bill for the privilege.
Who owns what we build?
Ownership and rights are agreed explicitly with each partner before any work starts, and written down. Nothing about who owns the output is left implicit.
Do you work with anyone who applies?
No. We look for genuine domain depth and a clear path to real customers. If it is not a fit, we will say so directly rather than string you along.
