Who we are
Boteam.ai is operated as a software lab for solo founders. GrowthX is our first shipped Chrome extension. Questions: hi@boteam.ai.
GrowthX Cloud subscription
GrowthX Cloud is sold as a monthly ($12 USD) or yearly ($69 USD) subscription. Cloud includes a monthly allowance of hosted AI credits (currently 300 credits per billing month for both monthly and yearly plans). Credits reset at the start of each billing month. Prices and credit allowances are shown on boteam.ai and inside the extension before checkout.
Free trial
After sign-in, you receive a 7-day free trial with a limited allotment of hosted Cloud credits (currently 30 credits total), or connect your own API keys for unlimited drafts during the trial. When the trial ends, subscribe to Cloud to continue generating drafts.
Credit top-ups
Cloud subscribers may purchase additional credit packs through Stripe checkout shown in the extension. Top-ups add credits to your current balance. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Cloud subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from the extension (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; Cloud access and remaining credits continue until the end of the current paid period.
Refund policy
No refunds after a paid Cloud subscription period begins. Credit top-ups are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email above within 7 days of the charge.
Bring your own keys (BYOK)
When you configure your own API keys on Cloud (or after credits run out), GrowthX sends prompts from your browser directly to LLM providers using keys stored locally. You are responsible for provider costs, rate limits, and compliance with those providers' terms. We are not liable for charges incurred on your provider accounts.
Acceptable use
Use GrowthX in line with X's terms and applicable law. Do not use the extension to spam, automate bulk posting without human review, or harass others. You are responsible for content you publish.
Disclaimer
GrowthX is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, revenue, or engagement outcomes. Features may change; we will not remove paid access mid-period without remedy.
