How we handle your details and drawings.

A plain summary of what this website and our service collect. Last updated 19 October 2026.

What the website form collects

Your name, work email, company, the trade, the date you need it by and an optional description. We use them only to reply to your request and to prepare a scope confirmation. Your internet address is kept only as a one-way scrambled value, to stop abuse of the form.

Drawings

The website never collects drawings. Once you have agreed to go ahead, we ask for them through a secure link. They are used only to prepare your package, stored in Sydney, available only to people you or we invite (with two-step sign-in), and not used to train AI models. Some AI processing may happen outside Australia.

Analytics

The site counts page views and button clicks without names, emails, company names, project details or drawing content.

Questions or deletion

Ask through the contact form and we will tell you what we hold and delete it on request, unless we must keep it by law.
