Walls by board type
Standard, water-resistant in wet areas (bathrooms, ensuites, WCs, laundries), and fire or acoustic board where the drawings call for it.
How it works
No extra hire and nothing to chase. We measure from your drawings, our estimators check every line, and anything the drawings don’t answer comes back to you as a question — not a guess.
Step by step
Trade, deadline and a short description. No drawings on the website.
We read it, ask for the drawings through a secure link and check they are enough for the scope.
Inclusions, exclusions, deliverable, format, fee and date. You accept, change or decline.
Measured from the drawings, then checked line by line by our estimators. Questions come back to you.
The package in the agreed format, ready for your estimate.
On your drawings
The items that quietly cost money when they are missed are the ones we look for first.
Standard, water-resistant in wet areas (bathrooms, ensuites, WCs, laundries), and fire or acoustic board where the drawings call for it.
Ceiling areas per room and level, with heights taken from the sections. Raked or bulkhead ceilings are flagged.
Doors and windows read from the door and window schedule and taken off the walls they sit in. Doors with no size get a stated default and a question.
A void on the upper floor comes off the ceiling below it, placed from the ceiling plan. If the drawings don’t show where, you get a question.
Square set or cornice at the wall-to-ceiling junction, window reveals and door architraves, and skirting paint where it is in scope.
Sheet size (6000 × 1200 or 3600 × 1200), cornice or square set, and painting inclusions, set to how you work.
