We are taking on a small group of founding builders and trades. You get a founding price held for 12 months, free corrections, 7-day payment terms and — for the first five — free re-measures when your drawings change.

What founding builders get.

Founding price, held

Your founding price is held for 12 months.

Free re-measure when drawings change

For our first five founding builders: when the drawings change, we re-measure the revised set and show what changed, line by line, at no charge. After that, a re-measure is quoted before we start.

Free corrections

If a line doesn’t match the agreed scope or your drawings, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we correct it at no charge — up to three rounds of corrections per package.

7-day payment terms

7-day payment terms on every invoice. No subscription.

Agreed before we start

Scope, inclusions, exclusions, fee and delivery date in writing. Nothing starts and nothing is charged until you accept.

No subscription, no lock-in

Pay per package. Use us for the busy weeks, or for every job. Nothing to install or learn.

Set up your way

Your sheet size, cornice or square set, wet-area rules and painting inclusions, set to how you work.

These terms don’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

When the drawings change

Revised drawings, without starting again.

Revisions are where takeoffs go stale and variations get argued. Send the new set and we re-measure it against the one we priced.
