// Advisor track

Your clients are already asking about AI. Have an answer.

You sit closer to the decision than any vendor ever will. When a client asks how to handle the repetitive work that is quietly costing them money, you can either point them somewhere good, or watch someone else do it.

// The moment

The question is coming, whether or not you are ready.

Your clients trust your judgement, on their numbers, their operations, their risks. That is why the AI question lands with you first. Not “which tool should I buy,” but “where should I actually start, and who can make it work.”

Most advisors have two options: recommend something generic, or say it is not their area. The first damages your credibility when it does not deliver. The second quietly hands the relationship to whoever answers next.

There is a third option, and it does not require you to learn how to build anything.

// Three ways to work with us

From the lightest possible involvement upward.

Most advisors start by making introductions. Some move into shaping what gets built. You choose the level, and you can change it at any time.

// Introduce

Refer and share in the outcome

You identify a client with a real problem and make the introduction. We scope it, deliver it, and manage it. You share in the value of what comes of it, with no delivery obligation on your side.

// Shape

Bring your judgement into the build

If you know the client’s industry deeply, you can help define what the AI employee should be and review whether its output is right. More involvement, closer partnership.

// Build

Turn your expertise into a product

If you see something your whole client base needs, we can build it together, with you as the domain force behind it.

// Why it is safe to refer

Your reputation is the thing at stake. Ours is too.

We deliver what we scope

We do not oversell. We scope work we can actually do, and we are direct when something is not a fit. Your introduction is never carried by an overpromise.

We stay after the sale

An AI employee is supervised and maintained by us, not handed over and abandoned. If it drifts, we fix it, that is the point of the model.

You stay in the room, at your level

You can be as involved as you want after the introduction. Nothing is done behind your back with a client you brought.

Australian delivery, Australian standards

We build to how Australian businesses operate and are regulated, including the privacy expectations your clients are already asking you about.

// Where it usually starts

The problems your clients describe without naming.

These come up in advisory conversations long before anyone calls it an AI project.

  • The same repeated emails, quotes or reports that consume hours every week.
  • Customer responses that are slow because the one person who handles them is flat out.
  • Month-end and compliance work that piles up and forces late nights.
  • A growing backlog of admin that nobody has time to clear.

If you recognise these in a client, that is usually where a conversation starts.

// How it runs

Four steps, and only the first one is yours.

01

You raise it

You have the conversation you are already having, and mention there is a way to actually get it handled properly. If it helps, we will brief you first so you know what to say.

02

We scope it properly

We meet the client, work out what is worth doing first, and give them a clear picture, including an honest answer if AI is not the right fix.

03

We deliver and manage it

We build the role, run it, supervise it and report on it. Your client sees a working result, not a project that stalls.

04

You share the upside

Introductions that turn into engagements are recognised. The arrangement is agreed directly with you and kept simple.

// Questions

What advisors ask us first.

Do I need to understand AI to do this?

No. Your job is to recognise the problem and make the introduction. The technical work never becomes yours.

Will this damage my relationship with the client?

That is the risk we take most seriously. We scope honestly, we deliver what we promise, and we tell you and the client when something is not a good fit.

Is there a minimum number of introductions?

No. There is no quota. One well-matched introduction is worth more to us than a list of names.

How is the arrangement structured?

Introductions that lead to engagements are recognised commercially, and the structure is agreed directly with you rather than published. If you would prefer to shape or build rather than refer, that door is open too.

Can I introduce clients in any industry?

Most industries where repetitive, rule-based work consumes real hours. We will tell you directly if a particular case is not a fit.

One introduction is enough to start.

Apply and we will brief you on how to spot a good fit, and what to say when the question comes up.
