Privacy and security are the number one reason Australian businesses hold back on AI. So we answer the obvious questions plainly. Where we do not have a certification, we say so instead of implying one.
Where does our data live?
Inside the systems you already use, wherever possible. Where a role needs its own working space, it is hosted in reputable cloud infrastructure and can be scoped to your region. We will tell you exactly where before you start, not after.
Who can access it?
Access is limited to the people running and supervising your role. Your named manager sees everything the role produces. Nobody on our side can quietly reach into your business — every action a role takes is logged and visible.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. Your business data is not used to train public models. If we use a third-party model, it is on a business tier with training switched off, and we will name the provider before you sign anything.
What does the AI employee have permission to do?
Only what the job description says. Most roles start read-and-draft: the role prepares the work and a person sends it. Write access to send, book, or pay is a separate decision you make deliberately, never a default.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You tell us, we stop the role, and we fix it. Because a named person approves what goes out, the blast radius of any mistake is small by design. We would rather over-report a problem than hide one.
How do we exit?
You can stop a role with reasonable notice, and you keep everything it produced. There is no lock-in designed to trap you, and no data held hostage. If you leave, your data goes with you.
What we will not claim.
The fastest way to lose your trust is to overstate ours.

- ×We do not guarantee a specific result, because we cannot control your market.
- ×We do not use stock photos to invent a team we do not have.
- ×We do not publish client results until we have real ones to publish.
Your data is yours. We hold it only to do the job you hired us for, we do not sell it, we do not train public models on it, and when you leave it goes with you. If we are ever unsure whether something is safe, we stop and ask rather than assume.
